PRICES AND FEES -- 2008-2009:
- Non-Holiday Rates are
$200-$475 per night:
- Depends on season, days of the week, length of stay, and number of people.
- Per night rates:
- Will be lower for Mid-week bookings that do not
include weekend nights.
- May be lower for bookings reserved less that one
month prior to stay.
- May be lower for the month of April.
- May be a bit higher for large groups.
- Holiday Rates:
- Thanksgiving: BOOKED for 2008
- 4 night minimum at $450 per night
- $225 each additional night after the 4 night minimum
- Christmas: BOOKED for 2008
- $3800 per week
- One week minimum
- arrive on 12-20-08, depart on 12-27-08
- New Year's: BOOKED for 2008-2009
- $4200 per week
- One week minimum
- arrive on 12-27-08, depart on 1-3-09
- Memorial Day Weekend:
- $350 per night
- 3 night minimum
- $25O per additional night after first 3 nights
- $1800 per week
- July 4th Week:
- $2900 per week
- One week minimum
- arrive on 7-3-09, depart on 7-10-09
- Labor Day Weekend:
- $425 per night
- 3 night minimum
- $25O per additional night after first 3 nights
- $2100 per week
- Damage & security deposit and other fees as follows:
- 10% tax charged on rental fee only
- Dog Fee: $10 per night per dog
- A non-refundable $175 cleaning fee,
- A refundable $450 ($650 if dog)
security/damage deposit returned within 2 weeks of vacating IF all of
the following apply:
- There is no damage to the property.
- Only normal cleaning is required.
- And there have been no violations of the contract.
